Personal statements:
During COVID, I taught myself how to paint. I became so intrigued that I realized I had a gift. Time went by, and when I needed to buy more canvas, I couldn't afford it. So, I decided to take an old canvas and paint it white. I made it brand new! The texture wasn't perfect, but I could work with it. Just like us, we are not perfect. However, in the eyes of God and those who love us the most, they see the qualities that we sometimes don't believe in ourselves. What I love about therapy is knowing that determination gives us the ability to remake ourselves and mold our lives to our personal desires. If we mess up, we can paint over it and try again.
When you meet with me, I can promise you a safe, non-judgmental space. My focus is entirely on your treatment and well-being, addressing struggles with trauma, intimate and family relationships, adjusting to life, anxiety, depression, symptoms of borderline personality disorder, self-harm, suicide, victims of assault, domestic violence, and medical trauma with adults and children aged 12 and up.
